Shipping & Returns

When do I receive my Exchange?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement within 1 business day. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking details will be activated by the courier within 24-48 hours.

Can I cancel my order?
Once you have received an email confirming your order, it is no longer possible to modify your order or address details. We work with an automated fulfillment partner. In order to ensure speedy delivery, orders are prepared almost instantly.
In case you have entered a mistake in your address details, please contact us.
Can I return or exchange my order?

UK and EU orders arrive in 7-9 business days. Worldwide shipping takes 12-15 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £110.

Our loafers fit true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You can also check our size guide
Where are your products made?
All Loïc loafers are handmade in Portugal using mediterranean suede and premium materials.
How should I care for my loafers?
Use our Deluxe Cleaning Kit to maintain your loafers. Avoid water and always store in a dry place.
